From a manager's standpoint Dale I can pretty much tell you it's going to be a no, sorry about that but after how things worked out the last time (and the time before) I just don't think it's a good idea.
While yes, there are circumstances where Steam Accounts get jacked and banned (I should know), the story you just told doesn't really make sense, as an accont is never instantly banned, it wouldn't log you out mid play and then be "disabled" - it would wait until the next time you logged in and then display you with a message saying you were banned from VAC secure servers, but you could continue to play otherwise.
Maybe some time.. a while into the future we could reconsider this whole thing but certainly for the forseeable future I dont think there is any chance.
Thanks muchly for the positive comments, we are a very cool bunch of people indeed, and until you've matured a little (or alot..) more and moved off of whatever sort of hacks you've been using I really don't think we can accept you back in. Sorry man.
